Many factors influence the body's own production of vitamin D3 via the skin. So long stays in enclosed spaces, the correct use of sun protection, too little sunlight in the winter months or increasing age can ensure that the body does not form enough of the important sun vitamin. While most vitamin D products come from animal source, Abtei Vitamin D3 2100 IU Vegetable derived from lichen extract. Dissolved in high-quality oils, such as sunflower oil and coconut oil, it is available directly for the body to meet the respective daily needs. Abtei vegan capsules feature oil-based liquid core technology and can be taken independently of meals. Especially in the low-light seasons, the vitamin capsules can contribute to the vitamin D supply. Vitamin D contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system and supports bone maintenance and healthy muscle functions.
The intake is simple: take one capsule daily with plenty of liquid (e.g. ½ glass of water). Do not exceed the indicated dose. The intake of other vitamin D-containing dietary supplements should be avoided. If taken for a long time, the vitamin D level in the blood should be checked. Not suitable for children and teenagers.

Ingredients: vegetable oils (sunflower, coconut); thickener hydroxypropyl starch; humectant glycerine; gelling agent carrageenen; vitamin D3 containing lichen extract; antioxidant alpha-tocopherol. Store in a dry place, away from heat and sunlight.
